Text Messaging (SMS) Opt-In & Consent
How Bridge Home Solutions, LLC (“BHS Offer”) collects consent for text messages and phone calls.
How We Collect Consent
Consumers opt in by submitting the property information form on https://www.bhsoffer.com. On the final step of the form, directly below the phone-number field, there are two separate, unchecked consent checkboxes — one for phone calls and a distinct, optional one for text messages. The text-messaging checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to submit the form. A user must affirmatively check it to opt in to SMS. This is the only way consumers opt in to receive text messages from us.
Text Messaging Consent (Checkbox)
The separate, optional SMS consent checkbox reads:
“I agree to receive text messages (optional) — recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Bridge Home Solutions, LLC (“BHS Offer”) at the number I provided about my cash-offer request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Phone Call Consent (Separate Checkbox)
A separate, required checkbox covers phone calls:
“I agree to receive phone calls from Bridge Home Solutions, LLC (“BHS Offer”) — including prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages and calls made using automatic dialing systems — at the number I provided, even if it's on a Do Not Call list. Calls may be recorded. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.”
Text Messaging Program Terms
When you opt in, we may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about your cash-offer request and related follow-up — for example, offer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, document requests, qualifying questions, and request confirmations.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@bhsoffer.com or (856) 503-3000.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery is not guaranteed.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Privacy of Your Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or the mobile phone number you provide for text messaging with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers that help us deliver the messages and maintain compliance records, or as required by law.
